Napster's stupid new features and "New Releasez"

I seems Napster has decided to change some fundamentally annoying and quite frankly undermining "features" on their service. They are claiming that they now have DRM free mp3 tracks for their entire library to browse through at an individual price of 75p. This now means een thought I have the best package with them which allows me to put music on my 32gb Nokia, which is mainly what I use it for, all as part of what I pay for, is now no longer of any us to me at all. You see this new feature applies to everyone no matter what. So now all the songs I have on my phone are going to cost me 75p to listen to. Disgraceful.

I'm soo peeved with this that now I will have to leave Napster and emigrate to Spotify or something like that, in which case I will lose all my legally downloaded music. Or maybe I should just go back to using Torrents Illegally, because it's getting real tempting now.

also I noticed uppon loggin on to their site how I have to call a phone number to cancel my subscription and I bet that'll cost a fortune in itself

Acer & Dixons (DSG): The worst after sales services ever?

Currys Digital tell me that Acer are not going to fix the charging pin of my Aspire One Netbookt that I purchased with "full cover" six months ago, which is more internal than it should be, due to what I strongly suspect is loose soldering on the circuit board inside.

Apparently this, I am told, is because it is "damaged"! so it's my fault that they can't make than repair reliable machines now is it? This is only the latest not so wonderful news of my troubles with Acer and DSG Group.

If you think that is bad, they could at least had this relayed to me this 6 weeks ago, or at least two weeks ago when they said it was fixed and on it's way back to me. Assholes.

I bet this is because I refused to let them repair my battery for £160 (for a £255 netbook) despite my £4.99 a month "Whatever Happens" "cover" plan from Dixons/Currys. What a joke.

Okay it was purchased as a display model, but only because it was the only one left. They damaged it aesthetically (the plastic casing) on the security things every laptop has to keep it securely attached to prevent people walking off with them which I didn't mind. I also noticed a tiny hairline crack on the battery which eventually turned in to a gaping hole exposing the battery itself including one of the electrical contacts on one side, which I mentioned upon handing it in to Currys for repair, along with the fact it was initially damaged upon purchase, stating it had now become a potential health hazard and that it may also need fixing too as it could be dangerous. I've never experienced such brittle plastic casing on anything I've owned before, it's like it was made out of Cornflakes. And just moving it around in it's carry case would damage it more. I really don't care if I have to keep the battery as it is now, taped in Scotch tape to stop anyone or my 3 year old son touching it and receiving a 6 cell electric jolt through their heart. No thanks I don't want a dead child or a libel case on ym hands.

Do Acer or DSG? It's a good thing my sister has a Degree in Law, and also specifically laws regarding retail law and consumer's rights.

What exactly is the point of me getting cover in the first place then? Especially when Currys/Dixons tell me it is not their fault they can't cover me for this.

The next few days will be hell for at least one person I complain to who decides to go "by the book" with any company tactics to run off with my money quickly followed by a fair amount of people on the internet and watchdogs and consumer foundations knowing about it.

I'm pretty much going to demand a new Netbook straight away. not one with equivalent spec but one that is equivalent value for my troubles. They have alot more to lose than me if they say no. And I don't care if "Acer are to blame". This is DSG cover, not Acer cover.

anyway before I get all irrational about this I'm going to stop now and update on the situation later. I'm pleased I turned my phone off earlier and just went to bed after listening to the voice-mail message that made me swear in public like Samuel L Jackson just had a fork slammed in his eye, because I could have really hurt verbally hurt somebody today.

I am not impressed with TJ Hughes incompetent staff.
I mean seriously I showed them the bulb i wanted to use for this lamp and asked if it was the right type and wattage. They said yeah fine!
All right! WRONG!
I had checked the display lamp to see that that one was the right type of socket!

I mean holy crap it's barely worth asking these days! I really shouldn't have decided to trust anyone in a shop in crawley again!

Also I was very moody to my girlfriend today, I'm sorry for being suck a cockwomble.

Good news:

I am currently on a week holiday til monday and so far it has been mostly shit.

And now here comes the bad news:

I've been fucking ill with some sort of flu cold thing which just will not quit. It's bugging me quite alot and killing my throat and any short term memory making me mostly bed ridden and extremely frustrated and generally angry and irrational.

I did try for a few days to go out and have fun but it was not easy. Well at least I have a caring girlfriend who has been very understanding of my very weak performed socail activities and inactivities this week.

I managed to get drunk enough to feel ok at one point on some Vodka and orange but it was a total waste of time and energy really as I only ended up being "dance raped" by some guy in a nearly empty night club.

I'm not homophobic but he really should of had the decency to at least ask before pressing any body part of his anywhere on my clothes at all.
I had the right mind to press my knee in to his nuts but I didn't want to waste any time in a prison cell or a bouncer fight.

Plus being told to pay £160 for my netbook to be fixed even though it is definately covered, thanks to Dixons lying to me about their cover and being general pricks by charging £100 of that as a service charge, amking the total cost worth more than half it's value. If they have also wiped the hard drive as they apparently do quite often with no justifiable reason I will hit the fucking roof.

It was a physical defect, in fact two of them. Down to ovviously shoddy workmanship. Just finding out that and also that only 30 people of the entire internet have visited this site in the last year, good on you by the way, the rest of you who do not read this should do exactly what the victims in the Saw movies had inflicted upon them to themselves.

Oh and the shittest weather in history has to hit as soon as my holiday comes along doesn't it! Not to mention christmas season coming up while I am working in an airport.

Oh fucking joy.

Somebody please call Guinness book of records, I think the worst christmas for the general working (less than £30,000pa) class is about to arrive.

Today I had a day off and spent most of it flaffing around trying to put a new comments system on my blog, but Blogger wasn't having any of it. So then I spent some time getting all smiled up using a new gadget my dad has got, looking like a goof and finding out something awesome I could do with it*, then noticed the latest news on Arnold.

Well I am working on making this site lighter and more functional etc but not much luck so far. I need a decent web editor that is not from Microsoft for once. Any Ideas?

Time Waves

I Recently had a dream about this theory, about how time could travel in invisible waves. The idea in my dream was that If you travel back in time, into exactly the same place you were in and time you were in, then you will live that moment but your actions may be unpredictably different, and you would lose all memory of you ever travelling back or even living the future which again stood in front you you.

As you do travel back thought you would have to be in a place of physical constant singularity and then you will experience yourself going back in time but quickly outside and not inside the singularity, which you will freely be able to navigate as if you were in a Hamster ball effectively. but rather than seeing a cross section of whatever matter you (inside the singularity) move through, or moves through you, will not actually be passing through but phasing through, visibly degrading into nothing like dust and then reforming when out of the singularity field. Or maybe even moving round it and compressing like you would see in black hole and Einstein's Light theory, compressing and , just like how we are able to see light hidden ar large distance behind large masses and planets in space. Light bending around gravitational fields. Except in this case, everything bending and warping around this time singularity, but supposedly or almost un-noticable. This brings further questions.

How the time singularity can be found and how or it would change shape and size to accommodate it's contents or inhabitants, possibly conveyed as pure energy is another mystery. Especially how it could possibly be discovered, located or even created is still a mystery to me.

A waking thought is also that maybe time travels in whisps and waves like this, but is not disrupive but omnipotent and overlapping, not disrupting or obstructing, even being disrupted by anything in it's path, unless someone discovered or discovers find a way of causing physically merging of multiple times in space at the same point, possibly explaining the story of what is said to have happened to some of the crew in the Manhattan Project (http://bit.ly/WzZBS)

But It's an interesting dream and thought never the less.

well I say this because I no longer post hre as often as I used to, i mean it's like every two months if you are lucky. This is due to Facebook making me lazy, and my other buddies that I assume will never be bothered to actually visit my site. I'd be lucky if even one person I know would follow me on twitter let alone using RSS for this blog. fucking Facebook junkies. God damn it I'm one of them. I even got a Nokia N97 because one of it's features was a FB widget on the front screen which doesn't even work properly and is even worse that the mobile site. Well it wasn't the soul reason, but I think some people are as capable as people who still write letters instead of emails or text messages, holidays are an exception.

Therefore I must hate myself. Even though I am awesome, and you know It.

Something tells me that by the time this happens I won't be too bothered about it.

And if humans still exist and watch the skies by the time they do know we would be about to die from the radiation not too long after the light reaches us from whenst the radiation came. We likely won't be able to do much about it anyway, if the vegetation dies, which it will, so in turn will all mammals and lizards. Life would probably be shit and almost pointless by then, a bit like being a human in "Wall-E". Or maybe even "Logans Run"

That's pretty disturbing man, I mean this planet we live on is really being fucked upo by us, and it only took us around 200 years to do the worst damage. In thescale of things that's a very short amount of time considering how long life has existed on earth (4,000,000,000 (4,000m)years.
